After writing a written partnership agreement, partners have two options either to get the partnership agreement notarized or registered? so based on the registration partership deed can be classified as registered partnership deed or unregistered partnership deed. 

Practically more than 90% parntership firm carry the business based on the Notarized partnership deed they do not register partnership deed with Registrar of Firms because there is no clarity of process regarding registration of partnership deed and even cost of partnership deed regsitration is very high.
