Refund Policy
At CharteredHelp, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. We understand that there may be occasions when you require a refund, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Money-Back Guarantee
If we are unable to deliver the services as committed to you, we offer a full money-back guarantee. To initiate a refund request, please contact us at Help@CharteredHelp.Com with your order details and a description of the issue. Our dedicated refund team will review your request and, if it is determined that the service was not provided as promised, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days.
Refund Terms
- Government Application Processing: No refund will be issued if CharteredHelp has processed your application or registration in accordance with government guidelines, and the application is subsequently rejected or remains pending due to actions or delays by government departments or officials.
- Administrative Fees: If we are unable to process your application due to non-submission of required documents, lack of cooperation from the client, or any other reason beyond our control, we will deduct a minimal administrative fee of Rs. 300 to cover our processing costs.
- Government Fees and Charges: Any government fees, duties, challans, or other charges paid during the processing of your application are non-refundable. We are not liable for the refund of these amounts once paid to the relevant government authorities. However, we will not deduct any government fees until a payment proof (e.g., challan) is provided to you.
- Complimentary Services and Discounts: Refunds are not applicable if you have already availed of any complimentary services or discounts associated with the paid service for which the refund is being requested. Examples include promotional ad placements, software subscriptions, or any other bundled offers.
- Subscription-Based Services: Refunds are not possible for any subscription-based services, such as GST return packages or company annual compliance packages, once the service has been partially processed or delivered.
- Refund Limitations: Under no circumstances will the refund amount exceed the amount originally paid by the client for the service.

- Internal Confidentiality Protocols: All CharteredHelp employees, consultants, and partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and protocols. Access to client information is restricted to authorized personnel who require the information to perform their duties.
